
CREW Greater Cincinnati has a sellout crowd – at least 120, at last count – for the professional association’s monthly luncheon tomorrow featuring a health care campus panel discussion.
Dubbed “Leveraging Community Resources as Economic Development Tools,” the panel includes:
– Timothy Oosting, Regional Director of Facility Planning for Mercy Health Partners;
– Maura Moran, Assistant Vice President of Real Estate for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital;
– Rick Perkinson, Director of Facilities with Christ Hospital; and
– Doug Chambers, Senior Vice President of Facilities with St. Elizabeth Healthcare.
“Tomorrow’s event promises to be an extravaganza of information for those in the commercial real estate industry, and all of those associated counterparts, who will be thrilled to find out the latest from four top hospitals in the region,” said Ellen Mayleben, President of CREW Greater Cincinnati.
Mayleben said the panel will concentrate their conversations on:
1. the current state of the health care construction industry;
2. future plans and developments;
3. the impact on the real estate market
4. community outreach and partnerships.
The panel moderator is Michael Kuchenmeister, Director of Plant Operations for West Chester Medical Center.
The CREW Greater Cincinnati luncheon starts with a networking opportunity from 11:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., followed by the program from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $30 for members of CREW (www.CREWCincinnati.org), $20 for CREW members who are either a student/civic/unemployed, and $50 for non-members.
