The new digs for Kinetic Vision are being developed by Miller-Valentine Group at Evendale Commons, a deal brokered by Don Murphy, Scott Abernethy and Peter Snow at Cassidy Turley (dbas Murphy-Abernethy Office Group, CincyOfficeSolutions.com).

Kinetic Vision bought its piece of Evendale Commons from Miller-Valentine as well. The developer has tapped Murphy-Abernethy to market the rest of the park on Glendale-Milford Road, available for lease, purchase and build-to-suits in chunks of one acre and 21.
