Equity of Columbus – owned by a Cincinnati dude, Steve Wathen, a graduate of Princeton High School – has released its August newsletter for the Greater Cincinnati market, “Gaining Equity.” Here’s the front page:

This month’s edition of Gaining Equity focuses on the Brokerage practice at Equity, one of the largest developers of commercial real estate in the Midwest. The lead article is “Brokerage: Anatomy of the Deal.”
Led by Greg Gillott in Cincy, Equity is much more than Brokerage: based in Blue Ash at the Hawthorne Center, Equity is a Builder, Developer, Property Investor, Property Manager as well as a Leasing and Sales company. Here in town, they’re known for retail, health care and third-party work.

Jim Ryan is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and former owner of Carlson Wagonlit Travel.
