Power player Equity – major regional force in commercial real estate – releases August newsletter ‘Gaining Equity’ for Cincy market, featuring a revival of the Ryans and One Gateway Place

Equity of Columbus – owned by a Cincinnati dude, Steve Wathen, a graduate of Princeton High School – has released its August newsletter for the Greater Cincinnati market, “Gaining Equity.” Here’s the front page:

This month’s edition of Gaining Equity focuses on the Brokerage practice at Equity, one of the largest developers of commercial real estate in the Midwest. The lead article is “Brokerage: Anatomy of the Deal.”
