Four big hitters from one of the power players on the Greater Cincinnati retail scene, Brandt Retail Group of Kenwood, have flown the coop with their own new gig, OnSite Retail Group LLC.

OnSite Retail Group – no website yet – is led by Eric Abroms, Scott Saddlemire, Kristine Davidson and Andrew Feinblatt. The company is based in the West Shell Office Park on Hosbrook Road.

“As one of four founding Partners, I am very pleased to announce the creation of OnSite Retail Group,” Abroms said in an e-mail earlier today.

“After 15 years in the commercial real estate industry, I am excited to pursue new challenges and opportunities by joining three of my longtime associates, Scott Saddlemire, Kristine Davidson and Andrew Feinblatt, to form OnSite Retail Group.

“I’m very pleased, and fortunate, to have partners who share with me a strong work ethic and the same ideals of professionalism, honesty and integrity,” Abroms said in the e-mail.

“We are passionate about the retail real estate business, and we are excited about the future it holds,” he added.

As a Senior Vice President at Brandt Retail Group, owned by Steve Brandt, Abroms, a Cincinnati native and University of Cincinnati graduate, joined that brokerage (www.BrandtRetailGroup.com) in 2000.

Prior to Brandt Retail Group, Abroms worked for a slew of industry heavyweights such as NAI Eagle, Chelsea Moore Co., Cline Realtors, Mathews-Click-Bauman and Federated Department Stores.

The client roster list maintained by Abroms at Brandt Retail Group was a veritable Who’s Who amongst U.S retailers: Borders, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Marshalls, A.J. Wright, Golfsmith, Gabriel Brothers, Ethan Allen, LA Fitness, K&G Fashion Superstore, Verizon Wireless, Men’s Wearhouse, FastSigns, Tux, Buffalo Wild Wings, Noodles & Company, Cici’s Pizza, RiteAid and Starbucks.

A resident of Sycamore Township, Abroms graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.B.A. Degree in Real Estate and Marketing.

Saddlemire originally joined Brandt Retail Group in 2000, with Abroms, after his tenure at NAI Eagle Realty Inc. in Cincinnati.

Saddlemire’s client roster at Brandt Retail Group included Borders, Marshall’s, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, A.J. Wright, Ethan Allen, LA Fitness, Huntington bank, SuperCuts, Payless Shoe Source, BoFlics, StrideRite, Fiesta Salons, Valvoline, Margarita’s Restaurant, Starbucks and McDonald’s.

A resident of Clermont County and Cincinnati native, Saddlemire graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Journalism/Advertising.
