[MONROE, Ohio ~ Nov. 10, 2010] One of the hottest spots in the booming corridor that defines the Greater Cincinnati and Greater Dayton metropolis โ the Interstate 75 corridor โ is heating up even further with a groundbreaking this Friday, Nov. 12, for a $6 million office/retail development.

WHO: Monroe Mayor Robert E. Routson, members of Monroe City Council, officials from LCNB National Bank and Cincinnati Commercial Contracting.
WHAT: Groundbreaking for $6 million office/retail development at Interstate 75 and Ohio Route 63 โ new Clarence F. Warner Drive, to be built off American Way (American Way is off Route 63).
WHEN: 2 p.m. on this Friday, Nov. 12.
WHERE: The new Clarence F. Warner Drive, off American Way, at Ohio Route 63 and I-75.
WHY: This $6 million office/retail development is anchored by one of the corridorโs fastest-growing banks, LCNB National Bank and โ along with its total 30,000 square feet of restaurants, retail and office users โ is projected to be the site of 200 jobs.
