Northern Kentucky native Arli Eiseman, Director of New Business Development at Corporex Cos. Inc. in Covington and President of CREW Greater Cincinnati for 2011, is featured in the Sunday edition of The Cincinnati Enquirer.
In October 2010, Ms. Eiseman was hired to join the Corporex sales team to drive sales and development of Corporex’s sizeable land portfolio in Northern Kentucky. Soon thereafter, she was named CREW GC President for 2011.
Ms. Eiseman’s experience is in land development, more specifically site selection, market research, and national retail development.
Before Corporex, she worked at 3 Point Properties as Development Director, where she was responsible for providing site opportunities for net lease build-to-suit development projects.
Ms. Eiseman has led all components of a real estate transaction, from site selection, financing, acquisition, procurement of entitlements and construction to disposition of properties.
For the last seven years, she has traveled extensively throughout Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and California, developing new retail stores for a publicly traded company.
“I am extremely excited about the opportunity to work in Northern Kentucky – this is my backyard. This is where I grew up,” Eiseman said.
Ms. Eiseman will serve as President of CREW GC (Commercial Real Estate Women – Greater Cincinnati) in 2011, an organization that she credits for helping her find her passion in commercial real estate (http://www.CREWCincinnati.org).
