Joining Maura Moran, real estate executive from Cincinnati Children’s at today’s CREW Greater Cincinnati forum on the Vernon Manor Redevelopment, is Dan Ruh, Senior Vice President at Cincinnati developer Al. Neyer Inc.
Al. Neyer (ANI) is also a sponsor of today’s program, along with Keating, Muething & Klekamp.
Ruh is a key development and leasing executive with more than a decade of client-centered service.
He joined ANI in 2009, after honing his deal-making and management expertise principally at Duke Realty Corp. in Cincinnati.
There, he managed a portfolio of property worth more than $800 million in office and industrial assets, and was ultimately responsible for its development, construction, and leasing.
Mr. Ruh received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from The University of Kentucky.
He earned a Juris Doctorate with a Corporate Law concentration from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law in 1997. Dan is a member of the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Board and lives in Fort Wright, Kentucky.
