CREW GC April luncheon: Maketewah Country Club on Tuesday, 4.12.11.

CREW Greater Cincinnati (Commercial Real Estate Women of Greater Cincinnati):

CREW Greater Cincinnati will be holding its monthly luncheon program with the theme ofย “How Convention Centers Impact Development in the Greater Cincinnati Region,” on April 12 at Maketewah Country Club inย Bond Hill.

Convention centers and commercial real estate are inter-connected. Amenities, activities, and entertainment options are what attract a convention to the Cincinnati region.

These same businesses will then benefit when visitors attend conventions.ย  Come hear from ย reps from three of the biggies โ€“ the Duke Energy Center, home of the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, and the Sharonville Convention Center โ€“ to discuss the convention center/CRE link.

Greater Cincinnati SMPS will be holding its monthly luncheon on Tuesday, April 12, at the Original Montgomery Inn in Montgomery.

The theme: Big cards, big letters, used well together: Storyboarding.

Messages can get lost in presentations.

Storyboarding, as presented by Frank Lippert with David Evans and Associates, providesย a real-world example of applying storyboarding techniques to the proposal process.

Mr. Lippert, FSMPS, CPSM, is the Corporate Business Development and Marketing Director for David Evans and Associates Inc. He’s been with the company for more than 10 years, specializing in public sector and federal client marketing and development.

Mr. Lippert brings almost 20 years of proposal development experience. He’s also the SMPS National President-Elect. Theย event begins withย registration atย 11:15 a.m., thenย lunch atย 11:30 a.m., with theย program starting atย 12 noon andย networking atย 1 p.m.
