WCPO-TV Ch. 9 (ABC) Sports Anchor Dennis ‘DJ’ Janson (Elder ’68), baron of the broadcasters and maestro of all things mayhem on the Cincinnati sports scene, featured speaker next Wed. at The EBA – Elder Businessmen’s Association

Everyone’s favorite Cincinnati sports anchor, the inimitable Dennis Janson from WCPO-TV Channel 9 “9 On Your Side” – is the keynote speaker for the Elder Businessmen’s Association next Wednesday, September 28, at 7 p.m. at Elder’s Schaeper Center.

DJ, as he’s known to millions, is a proud member of the Elder High School Class of 1968.

Elder is well-represented on the Cincinnati media scene.

Here are a few media members/Elder grads at last year’s Elder Career Day, a professional career advocacy event held annually on the Elder campus, attended by dozens of companies from a multitude of industries across the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky business community.

DJ (far right, below) is joined by, left to right, Senior Reporter Dan Monk (Elder ’79) of the Cincinnati Business Courier; Sportswriter and Reds Beat Reporter John Fay (Elder ’75) of the Cincinnati Enquirer, andย news broadcaster Brian Combs (Elder ’79) from 700WLW.

BizCourier Reporter Dan Monk (Elder '79), Cincy Enquirer Sportswriter John Fay (Elder '75), broadcaster Brian Combs (Elder '79) of 700WLW and DJ (Elder '68).

EBA meetings are scheduled to run exactly one hour. See you next Wednesday night!
