DSW, already open in five Cincinnati communities, opening 19,000 SF Jr. Anchor in the former Dillard’s box.

[COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio ~ July 17, 2012] DSW, The Designer Shoe Warehouse, will be offering those sexy summer wedges for ladies and plenty of shodden gear year-round for the dudes soon with its sixth store in the Cincinnati marketplace, opening early next year at Northgate Mall.

“We’re jumping out of our shoes over here. The customers, our tenants, and the general public won’t stop asking: ‘When is DSW coming?’ ” says Zeshan Tabani, Managing Director of The Tabani Group of Dallas (www.tabanigroup.com), owner of Northgate Mall (www.myNorthgateMall.com).

“The answer: ASAP. Right now, we’re looking at early 2013, and we couldn’t be more excited.”

A specific DSW opening date at Northgate Mall will be released as store construction progresses.

Colerain Township warmly welcomes its newest neighbors on Colerain Avenue in Ohio’s largest township, lauds Township President Jeff Ritter.

Ritter promises more major retailers to complement DSW (www.dsw.com) in the coming months at Northgate Mall.

“The rebirth of the Northgate Mall has been a top priority for the Colerain Township Trustees and the administration,” Ritter said.

“We’re not surprised that The Tabani Group has started delivering already; that is who they are,” said Frank Birkenhauer, assistant township administrator and director of development.

“Upon purchasing the property, they sponsored the annual Colerain Fireworks display because of the significance to the community, and are now bringing in some of the best national tenants into our market,” Birkenhauer said.

According to web reviewers on Yelp and Facebook, the biggest common denominator is the enormous selection, followed by quality, style, convenience of store location, and abundance of fashion (at the right price).
