[COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio ~ July 26, 2012] Marshalls, the store that reminds us you should “Never pay full price for Fabulous,” will soon be offering its brilliant brand-name and designer goods at stunning prices for the entire family – at its newest location at Northgate Mall.
The Massachusetts-based chain, part of TJX Companies, has more than 750 stores in 22 states and, by early next year, will be opening at the freshly-charged Northgate Mall (www.mynorthgatemall.com), where both local brokers, Chris Hodge and Mary Bresnahan of CBRE and the owners, Tabani Group, Inc. of Dallas, have dug in deep.
“Last week, we welcomed DSW, The Designer Shoe Warehouse, and if you wear shoes, you know DSW.
“Now, we’re taking the wraps off one of the biggest names in designer brands at stunning prices, Marshalls, at the Northgate Mall,” said Chris Hodge, First Vice President with the Cincinnati and Dayton offices of CBRE.

Marshalls (www.marshallsonline.com) is the second-largest family apparel and home fashion retailer in the U.S. from TJX Companies, behind its sister company, T.J. Maxx.
The Northgate Mall Marshalls store measures 27,312 square feet and will open next year. Marshall’s will be the second junior anchor tenant to fill up the former Dillard’s store.
“Marshalls, in and of itself, represents a brand on the move,” said Mary Bresnahan, Senior Associate with the Columbus office of CBRE.
Bresnahan and Hodge comprise the leasing team heading the transformation of Northgate Mall.
“The new Marshall’s store at Northgate Mall is just another exciting step in the revitalization process,” said Jeff Ritter, president of the Colerain Township Trustees.
“Coupled with the announcement last week regarding DSW, the addition of Marshalls is another indication of the transformation that is occurring every day with Northgate Mall,” Ritter said.
“We have Marshalls to thank, our leasing team at CBRE, led by Chris Hodge and Mary Bresnahan and all the support we receive from Colerain Township,” said Zeshan Tabani, Managing Principal of the Tabani Group (www.tabanigroup.com).
The Tabani Group recently purchased the 916,000-square-foot mall, and is committed to its revival and repositioning.
