As the Cincinnati Business Courier reports on page 5 in the edition out today, Brandicorp of Bellevue is leading the charge to build a new 80,000-square-foot outpatient medical/office facility for Christ Hospital in the City of Montgomery.

The variances include: 1) a request for a variance of up to 12’ from the 45’ maximum height of a building for the center portion of the building; 2) A request for a front yard setback variance for the parking lot along Montgomery Road of 13.83’ for eight spaces; 3) a building setback of 14.66’ from the required 30’ setback from Vintage Club Boulevard at the northeast corner of the commercial building. There is also a request for a series of sign variances for directional and business identification signs: 1) a variance of 28’ from the maximum 20’ height of a wall sign on a building for two wall signs; 2) a variance of 92 sq. ft. from the maximum 114 sq. ft. business identification sign area; 3) a variance of 6.4 sq. ft. and 5.8 sq. ft. from the maximum 8 sq. ft. for interior directional signs; 4) a variance to allow more than four colors on two business identification ground signs.
