The variancesย include: 1) a request for a variance of up to 12โ€™ from the 45โ€™ maximum height of a building for the centerย portion of the building; 2) A request for a front yard setback variance for the parking lot alongย Montgomery Road of 13.83โ€™ for eight spaces; 3) a building setback of 14.66โ€™ from the required 30โ€™ย setback from Vintage Club Boulevard at the northeast corner of the commercial building. There is also aย request for a series of sign variances for directional and business identification signs: 1) a variance ofย 28โ€™ from the maximum 20โ€™ height of a wall sign on a building for two wall signs; 2) a variance of 92 sq. ft.ย from the maximum 114 sq. ft. business identification sign area; 3) a variance of 6.4 sq. ft. and 5.8 sq. ft.ย from the maximum 8 sq. ft. for interior directional signs; 4) a variance to allow more than four colors onย two business identification ground signs.ย
