[BELLEVUE, Ky. ~ Dec. 23, 2013] Brandicorp LLC, one of Cincinnatiโ€™s most active developers with office, office/medical, retail, hotel and restaurant projects dotting the Greater Cincinnati landscape, is making yet another big splash in the local development industry with the hiring of Mr. Jerry Royce, a longtime real estate executive with Duke Realty.

Mr. Royce, a Detroit native and graduate of the University of Dayton, joined Brandicorp last month (www.Brandicorp.com) as vice president of leasing and development. He joins a premier development firm getting ever more involved in bigger projects and developments, particularly of the office and medical/office variety.

Mr. Royce has worked with Brandicorp President and owner Mike Brandy previously, most notably at the new $40 million Christ Hospital Outpatient Center in Montgomery, now under development by Brandicorp and being built by Duke Realty (http://youtu.be/lTeYdr6EbcI).

Mr. Royce lives in Loveland with his family, wife Lisa and their two children, Sydney and Jake. He is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), Greater Cincinnati Chapter, and was named to the Duke Realty Sales Team of the Year three times; the Duke Realty Dealmaker of the Year twice; and the Duke Realty Sales Person of the Year once.
