Developer David Imboden of DCI Properties has been preparing the $400 million Manhattan Harbour, known by the locals as Manhattan Bathing Beach, since 2005.

“Riverfront is riverfront. It’s not riverside, or riverview, or some rivertown,” added Robinson, who joined the Manhattan Harbour team last month, “and that’s what truly makes Manhattan Harbour unique.
“David’s been a successful part of Cincinnati’s East End development, right across the river, so he knows the market,” Robinson said.
Robinson recently closed a string of deals for waterfront property on the Ohio side, Corbin Park, in the $750,000 range.
“What we’ve seen along the Ohio River waterfront, in terms of the high-end housing market, has almost exclusively been condominium development. And they have been successful,” said Robinson.
“Go another five blocks from one of those, and a homeowner can have a single-family home instead of condo, and to many people that’s a huge benefit who want to own their own home.”
“People want to park their own car, in their own garage, and walk into their own home, not to some common area to get to their mailbox, to get to an elevator, that’s down the hall or through the lobby,” Robinson added.
