This NYC stuff is fun.

LIVE FROM NEWS CORP HQ: DotLoop CEO Austin Allison prepares for tour of FoxNews studios.

Yesterday we met a boatload of people at the Manhattan HQ of News Corp., as we made our way to the Fox Business Network program, “Happy Hour.” We’ll be on between 5:40 and 5:45 p.m., according to our production friends.

What an opportunity.

Today’s appearance of Austin Allison, my client, opens up a live audience of millions, but even more, it provides us with yet another opportunity to share the message of DotLoop: online real estate made simple (www.DotLoop.com).

Prior to DotLoop, Austin founded and contributed to the development of several start-up business and non-profit organizations.ย  He sold residential real estate as a licensed Realtor and practiced commercial real estate leasing and development for Duke Realty Corporation, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust.

Austin has a B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati (go Bearcats!) and graduated Summa Cum Laude at the top of a nationally-ranked program.ย  He is currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate at the Cincinnati College of Law as an Honorโ€™s Scholar.

Mr. Allisonโ€™s educational experience is not limited to scholarly excellence; he is also a frequent guest lecturer and presenter on topics including: Real Estate Technology, Entrepreneurship, Construction Management and various motivational topics.

But now, back to Fox Business.

And a few things about DotLoop, of course.

DOTLOOP TAKES MANHATTAN: Austin Allison on the set at Fox News.

In todayโ€™s business environment, where workdays are long, competition is fierce and time is of the essence, using DotLoop’s web-based enviornment gives business professionals and their clients the ability to submit offers, negotiate and accept offers using the speed and power of DotLoop’s state-of-the-art and proprietary software.

DotLoop enables the users to enhance their relationship by increasing the opportunity to interact in a timely and convenient time frame.

When parties are out of the area this patented software allows the collaborative negotiation process to continue.ย  This virtual process is efficient and creates an archived, online paper trail that is cost-effective.

The convenient date and time stamps the entire process serving as a virtual assistant and organizational system.ย  By eliminating the need for unnecessary paper waste, DotLoop provides a Green solution.

All industries could benefit from DotLoop.ย  In addition to current users, real estate agents, brokers and Realtors, any industry can take advantage of this tool to save money, time and improve communications with clients.

DotLoop was founded in 2008 by entrepreneur and real estate expert G. Austin Allison and technologist, Matt “Mark” Vorst.

In less than 12 months, the Allison/Vorst team has transitioned from working out of a garage to a class โ€œAโ€ corporate headquarters with more than 30 members on their team.

Both Allison and Vorst are active in their community, and Allison has recently been featured as one of โ€œOhioโ€™s most talented young entrepreneursโ€ in the Columbus CEO Magazine.ย  The company headquarters is currently located in Blue Ash, Ohio (4445 Lake Forest Drive, Cincy, OH 45242 – 888 Dot-Loop – info@DotLoop.com).

FOX BUSINESS HAPPY HOUR AIRS AT 5 TODAY: Look for the future of real estate at 5:40.

If you’re a Realtor,ย  and you’re with us at DotLoop,ย  your life just got a whole lot easier.

โ€œOur message has been clear and consistent: DotLoop is here to enhance the Realtor and the real estate experience,” Austin said at the National Association of Realtors Conference and Expo in San Diego, where the national expansion was announced.

“Realtors are the lifeblood of our business. We exist to make their life easier and their business run better,โ€ Allison added.

We’ve met some fine people today, and some of the top journalists in the world. One of my favorites is Stuart Varney.

Varney joined Fox News in January 2004 as a business contributor on many shows, such as Your World with Neil Cavuto.

Varney will also occasionally serve as guest host for Your World and shows on the “Cost of Freedom” business block.

Varney graduated from the London School of Economics. In 1980 he joined CNN,ย  and hosted shows like Business Day and Biusiness Asia. From 1999 to 2001, he hosted CNNโ€™s Moneyline, and he’s also worked for CNBC.

DOTLOOP CONFERS WITH ACCLAIMED ECONOMICS JOURNALIST VARNEY: Just a good dude, really.

Yesterday, we met Stuart in person. Good dude. Seems like an everyday guy.

Funny, but you do hear that again and again, when you meet celebrities and international journalists. Just good peops, most of the time.

So that’s it for now … look for us on Fox Business tonight. In the ‘Natti, we’re on Time Warner channel 315, 319 on DirecTV, and 415 on the Northern Kentucky system, Insight.
